Rarely seen as a single malt bottling, Dailuaine distillery uses the majority of their spirit to produce blends. This particular bottling, finished in Oloroso casks since November 2020, has warming ‘Christmassy’ notes throughout. Our Panel highlighted notes of ginger bread, Christmas pudding, praline and caramel nougat.
