Notes of marzipan, lime juice and peaches are how the nose presents in this latest entry to Cadenhead’s Dated Distillation range. From Diamond Distillery, known for having the last operating wooden stills in the world, this rum develops with hints of shortcrust pastry and sweet black cherries. The tasting panel were particularly pleased with the rich finish, indicating they detected elements of caramel cappuccino and butterscotch.
