Aniseed, fennel, raspberry bubblegum, orange zest, panna cotta and banana chi
Light and refreshing with growing citrus fruits and whipped cream.
Nose – Sweet, bright, floral, pleasantly wooded. Royal icing and lemon buttercream, really quite Scotchy to be honest. Good warm wax against the cold sugars.
Body – Very soft, peachy and floral. Very light liquorice on the tip of the tongue. A subtle creaminess.
Finish – Short but fruity with a little pepper and (finally) a touch of rummy funk.
