This one really made the tasting panel long for their dinner. Notes of battered haddock and tartar sauce, as well of pickled onion crisps, seaweed and creels establishes the clear character of this dram. It’s also a lot lighter and fresher than you may expect.
Pickled onion crisps, seaweed, old leather.
Iodine, creels, smoked cheese, battered haddock.
Lemon lozenges, tartar sauce, ashy. Surprisingly fresh & light dram.
