Sourcing their water from Ballantruan Spring, Tonmintoul Distillery can be found on the outskirts of the Cairngorm National Park. This particular bottling, finished in a Fino cask, features a sweet start with notes of icing sugar and vanilla on the nose. This sweetness follows through to the palate, with notes of shortbread and candied orange peel, developing into warming finish of cardamom and caramel.
