Although the original Jura distillery was founded in the early 1800s, the rebuilt distillery that stands now is a classic 1960s distillery, one of many that emerged in that boom period. This whisky, which was finished in a Manzanilla hogshead, displays notes of cola cubes, salted caramel, raspberry sauce and aniseed.
