After re-racking into port casks for around two years, we felt that this whisky was not yet ready for bottling. Our team decided that the spirit had been slightly overpowered by the casks. As a result, the casks were then transferred into refill bourbon for around a year which has created a deliciously rounded dram. Notes of raspberry ripple ice cream, juicy dates and peanut butter reveal themselves sip by sip.
