Founded back in 1817, Teaninich Distillery was built on the grounds of Teaninich Castle just south of Alness. This expression has been finished in Sauternes casks since November 2020, giving the dram a complex flavour profile. These Sauternes casks have instilled an abundance of sweet, fruity notes such as peaches in syrup, honey, apricots and banana loaf.
